Terms + Conditions

|GENERAL|
This website, www.byoko.co.uk is owned and operated by OkO. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors and users of the OkO website, www.byoko.co.uk (“the Site”) and govern the use of the Site. By accessing or using the Site in any manner, all users and visitors agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

|TERMS OF SALE|
By ordering and paying for an item from the Site, you are making an offer to purchase that item, which offer is subject to the following terms and conditions and availability.

All items available for purchase on the Site are made to order. Shipping information is outlined in paragraph 3 below; otherwise, read our Delivery + Returns page.

By ordering and paying for an item from the Site, users acknowledge that they are the holder of a valid credit card or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to OkO. OkO reserves the right to reject any offer made by a user. If an offer is accepted, the user will receive an email confirmation that the offer has been accepted and that the order has been processed. In placing an order, the user undertakes that all personal information and details are true and accurate and that the user is authorised to pay for the item(s) subject to the order using the relevant credit card/debit card and that there are sufficient funds in the relevant account to cover the cost of the order. All prices advertised on the Site are subject to change without notice.

If any details provided by the user are incorrect, resulting in a lost or delayed order, OkO is not liable for any losses incurred by the user. If any details provided by the user are incorrect, resulting in an order that is returned to OkO after having been dispatched, the user is liable to pay any further shipping costs incurred.

|SHIPPING|
All orders (to an address in the United Kingdom) made on the Site will be delivered to the user via Royal Mail Post. Once an order has been dispatched by OkO and is delivered to the delivery address specified by the user in the order, the risk and title in the goods pass to the user.

  •  You’ll receive an order confirmation email after purchase. 
  • Your order will arrive between 7:30am-10pm.
  • Sometimes we’ll split your order into a number of different packages so that we can take advantage of the items in stock at different locations. Regardless of the number of deliveries you receive, you'll only be charged one delivery cost.
  • If we miss you we’ll leave a calling card so you can easily rearrange delivery.

UK Orders

  • A flat shipping rate of £2.00 applies on all UK orders under £15.
  • FREE shipping on all UK orders £15 and over.

EU Orders

  • Standard EU shipping is £6.99 and is applied to all lightweight orders. Weight will be automatically calculated at the checkout.
  • Tracked EU shipping is £15.00 and is applied to all heavyweight orders. Weight will be automatically calculated at the checkout.
  • All EU orders will take 3-10 business days from dispatch to delivery (excluding Bank holiday and weekends).

International Orders

  • We ship internationally to Australia, Canada, Mexico, New Zealand and United States.
  • Standard International shipping is £8.99 and is applied to all lightweight orders. Weight will be automatically calculated at the checkout.
  • Tracked International shipping is £20.00 and is applied to all heavyweight orders. Weight will be automatically calculated at the checkout.
  • All International orders will take 5-20 business days from dispatch to delivery (excluding UK Bank holidays and weekends).
  • Any international duties, taxes or charges that may be applied in the user’s country of residence are the sole responsibility of the user.

|RETURNS & EXCHANGE|
Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds for change of mind purchases due to hygiene reasons, so please make your selection carefully. If you have any questions, just shoot them through to hello.byoko@gmail.com or DMs on social media. We want to make sure you are happy with our products. 

OkO offers an exchange if an item purchased from the Site has a major problem, which cannot be repaired. This is when the item:

  • If the problem is not major, OkO will repair any faulty item within a reasonable time, if notified of the fault within 10 business days of receipt of the order. Notification must be sent by email to hello.byoko@gmail.com.
    - If the item is not repaired within a reasonable time, the user will be entitled to choose a replacement. If an item is returned for any reason, the user will incur the cost of return shipping to OkO.
  • Returned items must be packed in their original packaging and sent to OkO via Royal Mail Post. OkO will incur the costs of shipping any repaired or replacement items to the user. Proof of purchase is required for any refund or replacement.

| PRIVACY POLICY|
We use email and targeted online advertising to send you product updates, promotional offers and other marketing communications based on the information we collect about you, such as your email address, general location, purchase and website browsing history. We won't spam or bombard you with emails every week, only when we have a big announcement to make or we've got content that we feel that you will be interested in reading. If you subscribe to our mailing list, we will offer you 15% off your next order when you spend £40 and more, just use the promo code at the checkout showing in the welcome email. 

You may withdraw your consent or manage your preferences at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our marketing emails, or by emailing us at hello.byoko.com.

|PROMOTIONS|
Only one promo code will work during checkout. Offers advertised on site without a code will be automatically applied and can be used in conjunction with a separate promo code.

The Sale runs during the period from Saturday 25th April to Sunday 16th May 2020 and is available subject to availability and while stocks last, no promo code required.
